SMS privacy notice

MyAnswerMachine is operated by Peirce Labs Inc. This notice explains how we handle information for our requested booking-link text messages. It covers this SMS program, not all platform data processing.

Information and purpose

When you ask MyAnswerMachine to text you a booking link and agree to receive it, we process your phone number, the requested link, your consent and request details, and message delivery and opt-out records. We use this information to send the requested message, document consent, troubleshoot delivery, honor opt-outs, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your mobile number or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that help operate the program, including messaging and hosting providers, and when required by law. Service providers receive information to perform these services, not for their own marketing.

Retention and requests

We retain program information as needed to provide the service, maintain consent and opt-out records, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Contact support@peircelabs.com with privacy questions or requests concerning your information.

Booking links may open an external website. Information you provide there is governed by that website's policies.
